We employ only installers we have either trained or have actually worked with. This means we can ensure a uniform level of workmanship. Because we try the windows we recommend in our own homes we can give advice most sales people, who have not lived with the product they sell, cannot. (Yes, we do have some windows in our homes we would not recommend that are waiting to be replaced!)
Because we are a home based business, our overhead is lower than many larger companies. This accounts for our pricing often being much lower. Yet, because this is our only business and we buy in volume from our suppliers, and have ongoing relationships with them, we can respond to problems with windows much more rapidly than most contractors who basically build additions or other large projects.

Often a prospective customer wants to replace his existing windows, and needs to do just that. Because we offer a variety of products, we can suggest anything from a dependable vinyl window which will substantially improve the home's energy efficiency, to a state of the art product which will withstand many decades of wear.
Having a choice of products can save much frustration. For example, one would not offer the same window to a peson with a farm house in the middle of a large field or on the lake as he would to one living in a forest or a city. The first two would need windows with a very low air infiltration, whereas the latter could get by, if they did not want to spend as much money, on windows of a different craftsmanship.
Because we do not sell one window exclusively, and educate ourselves each year on new products, we can offer a variety of products to solve each problem. Having spent years repairing windows as glazers, we can give a more balanced opinion on various products and techniques.
